Cow Gives Birth to Very First Baby and He’s What Dreams Are Made Of

Mama cow Hope has a lot to celebrate. The cow just had a baby! It was her first baby ever in fact. You know how you feel sort of invincible after having your first one? It's a pretty magical moment.  And now a video of her owner, Haylee Brooke, showing off the little guy has people swooning online.

What's not to love about a baby cow? And when you have one as sweet as this little guy they're absolutely the best.

Of course Haylee had to congratulate the new mama with a cow cookie. She is a good girl and has been through a lot.

"Hope just had her first ever baby and we're going to see if it's a little boy or a little girl," the proud cow owner explained in the footage. And the baby was...a boy! Yep, sadly this wasn't the first boy calf born on the farm, but he sure is a cutie.

At the end of the clip Mama Hope called for her little guy to come to her. We guess it's true that you should never get between a mama cow and her baby.

Commenters were excited to meet the little guy too. "Mom just standing there like you tricked me lol," wrote one person. "OMG the way he’s cuddling with you, what a dream," gushed someone else. "To be born in the grass in the sun and breeze, he looks so peaceful," chimed in someone else. "The way Hope was standing there after calling him," added one person.

Hope’s Baby Finally Has a Name

It took a little time, but after some careful consideration (and thoughtful suggestions from people online) they finally found the perfect name for Hope's little guy.

His name is Henry. So perfect, so sweet. He seems like a Henry, doesn't he?

"I chose Henry for Hope's baby and just look at him!" his owner exclaimed in a follow-up video. "He is just the cutest thing, she did such a good job!"

Hope and Henry. Their names just go together. Henry's little personality is just starting to show itself. But there are some things that are clear. Like neck scratches — Henry loves them, as another clip shows.

We can't even imagine how nice it must be to wake up in the morning and get to see a baby cow. What's more, you could give him lovin' every single day. Baby Henry would be the reason we'd jump out of bed in the morning. He's the kind of sweet little guy who could brighten anyone's day.
