Disney+ has launched a new subscription deal for a limited time, that will give users access to the streaming service for £1.99 a month.

The streamer has a plethora of content for people to dig into, including an extensive archive of Disney classics, Oscar-winning films, and critically-acclaimed shows like The Bear and Shogun. Disney+ has launched the deal ahead of a slew of new releases over the Autumn such as Agatha All Along, In Vogue: The 90s and the streaming release of Inside Out 2.

So, how do you get the new deal and who can benefit from it? Here is everything that you need to know.

The deal will be available until 07.59 BST on Saturday 28 September, so users only have a limited time in order to sign up to the new deal. Users can access the new deal through Disney+'s dedicated website.

After three months the users who signed up with the new deal will have their subscription auto-renewed with the then-current monthly retail price for Disney+ Standard with Ads until it is cancelled by the user.

Inside Out 2 (Pixar)

Existing subscribers will not be able to switch over their subscription to the new deal, as it is intended for new and returning subscribers. Which may be beneficial for anyone who was previously sharing an account with someone outside of their household as Disney+ is now cracking down on password sharing.

So what is there to enjoy on Disney+? Well it is the home for all past and future Disney, Marvel and Star Wars content so anyone hoping to watch Andor season 2 or keen to return to the beginning of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will benefit from a subscription.

The streamer is also the home of countless classic shows like Lost and Desperate Housewives, both of which will be celebrating their 20th anniversaries this Autumn so it is the perfect time for a rewatch (or even, a first time viewing).
