Jimmy's Egg opens Monday, serving up eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles and more
Bartlesville's newest restaurant gave locals a sneak peek into the culinary offerings of Jimmy's Egg on Friday.
After months of renovating the former McAlister's location with a little help from the Bartlesville Development Authority, Jimmy's Egg opens to the public for breakfast and lunch on Monday, August 7.
The new restaurant, open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., offers breakfast staples like pancakes, waffles, omelets and skillets, as well as specialty favorites like chorizo breakfast tacos and garbage breakfast (hash browns, onions, crumbled sausage, bell peppers and eggs piled up high).
For those wishing to visit later in the day, their lunch items include hamburgers, sandwiches and salads. Jimmy's Egg offers lunch specialties like a keto bowl and chopped steak skillet.
