In case you didn't get the memo, the 76th Emmy Awards are airing live from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on Sept. 15. Expectations are high for two popular series, Shōgun and The Bear, both of which have already logged awards records this season. Just before her own awards show appearance at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards this week, Taylor Swift weighed in on social media about her choice for the next U.S. president. In addition to Swift, the VMAs honored a new crop of musical artists and wowed the audience with a 62-foot-tall Moon Person.
