Famous Golden Retriever Is Legit Mind-Blown After Seeing Himself on TV
When you've got it, you've got it. Or that's what we now believe after seeing the way that a Golden Retriever named Drake has gone from your typical pupper to bonafide TV star. The dog himself was totally surprised by his new found celebrity. As can be seen in a hilarious clip online.
Drake made his TV debut recently. First stop, the local news. Next stop, Hollywood.
We can see it all now; Drake's name in lights, the late night talk show appearances, and one day he'll win an Oscar! Okay, maybe we're getting ahead of ourselves here. But this good boy is made for the camera. That we know for sure.

In the footage his owner shared, it shows the dog saddled up at the family laptop, totally unaware that he was about to become very, very famous.
"Is that dad?" his mama asked from behind the camera. Drake looked so surprised. What was Dad doing on the human's light pad (aka, their laptop)?
But the dog looked really darn confused when he showed up on screen. What the fluff is going on here?!
"Drake was interviewed and then he literally recognized himself on TV," his owner wrote in the caption. "Thank you Bally sports for doing a cool interview on Drake!!"
Poor Drake, he wasn't ready for all that fast fame. Thankfully, people in the comments section were already his biggest fans. "His lil doggie mind being blown, lol," one person teased. "His expressions have me dying laughing. This made my day. He's a cutie," one person praised. "I like how Drake is looking back and forth between the screen and the hoomans to see if it's real. How did you go from there to the small screen?? Cute," another commenter agreed.
Drake Is Somewhat of an Ice Rink Star
Being on TV isn't his only claim to fame. Drake has grown a huge following online from his talents at the ice hockey rink — his dad is NHL defenseman for the Philadelphia Flyers, Ivan Provorov, after all.
In a video shared on his page, it shows the Golden Retriever charging after a hockey puck while at the rink with his dad. He even opened the door to the rink all by himself.
"Drake learns something new at the rink everyday," his owner joked in the video's caption.
Drake really is a marvel. He's so talented. We can only hope he gets over the shock of being a celebrity and keeps sharing talent online.
