Sometimes, the greatest things in life can't be heard, touched, or smelled, whether it's a memory that never fails to make you smile or a special moment with your girls before your wedding. The commonality between all of these moments is simply too special to miss. It's only right to create these moments for you and your dog, too!

Experienced NYC foster mom Isabel Klee is no stranger to creating meaningful moments for her dog, Simon, and their string of brave foster dogs. Their current foster, Poutine, has learned how to be a dog thanks to Isabel and Simon's love, but the best testament to their care came on July 17 when the low-rider dog ran for the very first time. Poutine's zoomies are as sweet as can be, but Isabel's reaction is even sweeter.

OMG--look at her go! I would have never guessed that Poutine could run as fast as she can, but she's a pro at proving people wrong. In the weeks that she's been with Isabel and Simon, she's battled multiple health scares, developed amazing levels of confidence, and discovered all kinds of fun new things in life. It's the kind of new start that every adoptable dog deserves!

"You are making her so adoptable," one commenter praised. "I can't wait to see the next dog you foster." What a sweet thing to say! Poutine has made incredible strides since joining this famous TikTok family, but this Pit Bull isn't the first dog whose life is changed for the better, thanks to Isabel. And she won't be the last, either! Plenty of viewers have encouraged Isabel, and even her parents, to adopt Poutine for good, but this dedicated dog foster knows where her true purpose lies.

What Does a Foster Parent Do?

If you spend much time watching videos like this on social media, you're bound to have seen other dog fosters just like Isabel. For the longest time, I thought a foster only provided a temporary home until a rescue dog was adopted, but now I know that they do so much more.

A foster owner is responsible for everything an owner is responsible for, and then some. Many foster dogs need to attend training classes, vet appointments, and adoption events, which means their fosters need to attend, too. Think of a foster as a dog's advocate in every way! Their goal is to make them as healthy and happy as possible until they find their perfect forever home, and it's safe to say that Isabel is succeeding with flying colors. Poutine's forever person is going to be so lucky!
