The All-Clad Factory Seconds Sale ends tonight: Last chance to save 76% on cookware

All-Clad cookware is the best on the market, but it can get expensive, especially if you're shopping stainless steel or copper core pans. But thankfully, the Internet's best-kept secret sale is open right now: The All-Clad VIP Factory Seconds Sale.

Quick overview
See 5 more

I've been professionally covering deals for the past six years and this one is my favorite. The site isn't always open—since it sells factory seconds (products with minor damage, usually on the packaging), you can only shop these wild deals when there's enough stock to sell.

You need to enter your email to access the sale, but once you're in, you can shop from hundreds of top-quality All-Clad pots and pans that are massively marked down from their original prices. We're talking $500 off a 10-piece cookware set with packaging damage, or $300 off a 12-quart stockpot with cosmetic damage.

I've been shopping this sale since 2020 and I've been very happy with every piece I've received. Sometimes I receive a pan with a crumpled cardboard corner or a light scratch, but they've all been perfectly comparable to full-priced All-Clad cookware (even though they've all been more than half off).

Here are the best All-Clad sales you can shop before the site closes in just a few hours.

Forget buying just one dish—upgrade five at once with this eight-piece cookware set, down 63% from its standard price thanks to a small bit of packaging damage. This set is made from All-Clad's HA1 nonstick hard-anodized metal—a fancy way of saying the dishes are nonstick but not as expensive as the brand's more high-end offerings. Most of my All-Clad cookware comes from this line.

The nonstick coating is durable, so as long as you're using silicone or wooden tools, you don't have to worry about scratches. They can get heavy if you load them up with meats and veggies, so be ready to use both hands when transferring from oven to counter.

If you only purchase one pan from this sale, let it be the 12-inch All-Clad Chef's Pan. I bought this pan three years ago and use it more than any other dish in my kitchen (aside from my Dutch oven). It's deep enough for pastas and stir fry dishes, but wide enough at the bottom for searing meats and sauteeing vegetables.

Through the All-Clad VIP site, you can get this pan for more than half off. This particular dish has packaging damage, which won't impact the quality of the pan itself. I've purchased this pan for both myself and my mother-in-law, so if you're doing some very early Christmas shopping, this one makes a great gift for the chef on your list.

I received the 12-quart version of this pasta pot for my wedding and haven't looked back since. The larger version is out of stock at the All-Clad VIP site, but this 8-quart pot is a cool 50% off as part of the sale. The pot features a built-in strainer, so you boil water in the bottom pot, add the top compartment along with the pasta, then strain the whole thing at once for a seamless pasta-cooking experience.

This smaller version works well for mashed potatoes, too—simply place potatoes in the top pot instead of your pasta. The 12-quart works best if you're planning to feed a larger crowd around Thanksgiving, but the 8-quart is a wonderful everyday option for the family.

Stainless steel frying pans are ideal for sauteeing or simmering delectable sauces. This second-quality pan is a whopping 58% off, bringing it just shy of $100. It's part of All-Clad's D3 stainless steel collection, so it'll heat quickly and evenly regardless of what you're cooking.

D3 stainless steel pans are made from three layers of metal—a stainless steel interior, an aluminum core, and a polished stainless steel exterior, which helps keep pans from warping after prolonged use.

T-fal is one of the best affordable cookware brands you can shop, and during the All-Clad VIP sale, you can get seven pots and pans just shy of $150. The set only has packaging damage, so none of the actual pieces have any damage.

This set features three sauce pans, a stock pot, a chef's pan, and two skillets. The site says it retails for $250, but you can get it at Walmart for $200—still $50 more than what you can find at the All-Clad VIP site.

This 12-quart stock pot can help you tackle any large-batch pastas or soups you've got stewing for the cooler weather. It's stainless steel and comes with a flat lid. This stockpot is expensive, but that's because it's made with five layers of aluminum and stainless steel that help the pot heat evenly and quickly—perfect for dishes you want simmering for hours on the stove.

Since this pot is entirely made from metal, its handles will get hot, so be sure to use your oven mitts when handling. This one is marked as "second quality," so you can expect an imperfection or two that helped knock its price down 60%.

I bought this skillet back in 2021 and just re-purchased it from this week's sale. It's a phenomenal nonstick pan, with a flat base large enough to fry three chicken breasts at once, but sides tall enough to simmer alfredo sauce. This pan is 58% off right now and comes with some packaging damage, so don't expect a perfect cardboard box (do, however, expect a perfect pan).

Why am I replacing a three-year old skillet that still works like new? User error... my husband accidentally melted a small plastic spice jar lid with the base of our skillet, so we had to retire it.

Knives can be expensive, so if you're thinking about investing in a knife block, opt for one from a brand you can really trust, like Henckels or All-Clad. This set comes with 10 knives, a pair of shears, and a knife block. It's a top choice among Good Housekeeping staffers, who named it one of the best pieces of kitchen gear in 2022.

$300 at All-Clad

This 10-cup coffee maker from Krups is $20 off right now, thanks to a bit of packaging damage that shouldn't impact the functionality of the brewer itself. This machine allows you to set a brew time for the next day, so you can wake up to a fresh pot of coffee without actually having to do anything.

I had been using my mother's Williams-Sonoma roasting pan from the 80s for as long as I can remember. I finally upgraded to this model ahead of Thanksgiving last year and have been thrilled. It's great for a medium-sized turkey; the site says it can be used as a casserole dish as well, but I've only ever used it to roast poultry.

This dish will come with some packaging damage, but the pan itself will still work beautifully (and only cost you about half its normal price).

The All-Clad VIP site sells factory seconds, or All-Clad cookware that has a minor fault—like the cardboard packaging is damaged, the pot was overstocked, or there's a small scratch on the pan. Each product explains what the damage is in the product's title so you know exactly why it's on the site. You'll see either "packaging damage" or "second quality," which means it's got some kind of cosmetic damage.

I've purchased 11 pots and pans from the site over the years. Of all the cookware I've gotten, only one pan came with a small scratch on the bottom, which never impacted the pan's ability to heat or perform.

The Factory Seconds sale opens about once every three months, so I don't anticipate it will open again until Black Friday (where the sales will no doubt be incredible). If you're looking for some stellar cookware ahead of the holiday season, load up now because I think this will be your last chance to shop for the next few months.
