Colin Morgan's cat-and-mouse thriller gets new UK streaming home
Merlin actor Colin Morgan and The Witcher star Emma Appleton's new drama The Killing Kind has found a new home in the UK.
Released on streaming service Paramount+ in November last year, the show will now be available on ITVX from tomorrow (September 12), and will air on ITV1 from Saturday (September 14).
The drama follows a defence barrister named Ingrid who starts a relationship with her client, John Webster. Ingrid won his case after he was accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend, but when Ingrid decided she wanted to call it a day, he tried to ruin her life.

Ingrid managed to put their relationship behind her, but when she's shocked by the sudden death of her friend and mentor, Webster reappears with a sensational claim. There's a conspiracy at work, and Ingrid must find out the truth before it's too late.
When the show was announced last year, Colin Morgan said: "Getting the opportunity to explore a more dark and complex role with John Webster has been enlightening and such fun.
"Working with the brilliant Emma Appleton has already been such a highlight, along with the rest of the incredible cast. The story had me hooked from page one."

It's not the only big show coming to ITVX either. The broadcaster has announced that 1960s-inspired American airline drama Pan Am, starring Christina Ricci and Margot Robbie,will be joining the service this autumn.
ITVX has also picked up Universal Basic Guys, an adult animated sitcom that premiered in the US this week and stars former Saturday Night Live cast member Fred Armisen. It will be available on the streaming service next year.
The Killing Kind comes to ITVX on September 12, and premieres on ITV1 on September 14.
