First look at Sophie and Benedict together in Bridgerton season 4
Netflix has released the first photos of Bridgerton season 4's leading stars Luke Thompson and Yerin Ha.
The next season of the hit regency drama centres on Benedict Bridgerton's (Thompson) love story, with Ha joining the cast as romantic interest Sophie Baek.
The streaming service shared first-look photos of the two together, confirming that production on the fourth season is now officially under way.
"Please rise for Sophie Baek & Benedict Bridgerton!!!" reads the photo caption, shared on Netflix's social media accounts. "Here's your first official photo of Yerin Ha and Luke Thompson on the set of Bridgerton Season 4. Now OFFICIALLY in production."

In June, Netflix confirmed that the next season would focus on Benedict's quest for love. Season three saw his brother Colin Bridgerton marry Penelope Featherington.
While fans know the storyline for the next season, there is a fair wait for the next instalment, with showrunner Jess Brownell predicting a two-year wait until season four's release.
"We are working to try and put the seasons out more quickly, but they do take eight months to film, then they have to be edited, then they have to be dubbed into every language," she told The Hollywood Reporter.

"And the writing takes a very long time as well, so we’re kind of on a two-year pace. We’re trying to speed up but somewhere in that range."
In addition to Thompson and Ha, Jonathan Bailey has confirmed he will be reprising his role as Anthony Bridgerton in the fourth season.
"I have a couple of weeks etched out in my schedule for returning," he told Good Morning America. "I look forward to reading the scripts."
Bridgerton seasons 1-3 are streaming on Netflix, along with Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story.
