Miami Dolphins beat Broncos 70-20. Here are your Snap Conclusions

MIAMI GARDENS — It was one of the greatest days in Miami Dolphins history.

Seven hundred yards of offense. Seventy points on the scoreboard.

Everyone did something in a 70-20 defeat of Denver in Sunday's home opener.

Among the stars: Tua Tagovailoa, De'Von Achane, Raheem Mostert, Jevon Holland and Emmanuel Ogbah.

It was a pure humiliation of Sean Payton and the visitors from the Rocky Mountains.

Here are some of our Snap Conclusions after examining playing time participation:

TE Julian Hill 57 snaps, 78 percent - The Dolphins broke a record for rushing yards in a game with 350 yards and Hill, a strong blocker, made his NFL debut on Sunday. Hill is an undrafted rookie from Campbell.

WR Robbie Chosen 42 snaps, 58 percent - Chosen made his debut as a Dolphin and caught a touchdown in his native South Florida. Chosen actually had more snaps than any Miami receiver on Sunday. What incredible depth the club has at receiver.

RB De'Von Achane 30 snaps, 41 percent - Achane had 203 yards and four touchdowns. It's pretty clear Miami has enough depth and talent at running back. Imagine how much depth they'll have when Jeff Wilson returns in Week 5.

Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane (28) scores a touchdown in the second quarter as Denver Broncos cornerback Pat Surtain II (2) and safety Delarrin Turner-Yell (32) try to make the tackle on the play during the first half of an NFL game at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Sept. 24, 2023.

QB Mike White 15 snaps, 21 percent - Wouldn't the Jets like to run out Mike F**** White instead of Zach Wilson next Sunday? Well, they can't. White was better than Wilson in very limited action. This is encouraging for Miami.

CB Justin Bethel 51 snaps, 82 percent - Wow. Bethel led all Dolphins in defensive snaps. Bethel played in the slot while Kader Kohou stayed on the outside and Eli Apple stayed on the bench. Kohou has proven fully capable of playing inside or outside and excelling.

Records Why didn't Mike McDaniel kick a field goal to set NFL record for points in a game?
