Pet Monkey Caring for His Bunny Best Friend Is the Best Little Helper
Just like people, sometimes animals form unlikely friendships. Take for example this monkey and bunny who are besties. MiuMiu is the monkey and takes care of Nana. The monkey carries the bunny around everywhere, and the bunny doesn't mind it at all!
Fera Flix shared a video on Instagram on Friday, July 19th of MiuMiu putting Nana in bed for a nap. The little monkey carries the bunny across the room, not-so-gently lays her down, and even covers her up with a blanket! The monkey then sits with a hand on her as she rests, just so Nana knows that MiuMiu is there.

Based on other videos that I've watched, these two do everything together! They enjoy snacks together, playing together, and snuggling up with one another. Fera Flix's video struck many hearts, and people left more than a hundred comments about the sweet video.
@happymommakitty pointed out, "He loves his baby!" and @corbi_peg added, "Two of the cutest friends!" @emmabj73 wondered the same thing I did, "Is the monkey doing all these things, such as opening fridge, feeding the bunny, carrying the bunny and tucking the bunny in without any instructions, or is he trained to do so?" No word from Fera Flix, but I have a feeling it might be a little of both.

Unlikely Animal Friendships
Most of us wouldn't guess that a monkey and rabbit would become besties, but unlikely animal friendships happen all the time...especially when the two animals are raised from babies together. You've heard the term "fighting like cats and dogs", but this Golden Retriever and orange cat are the definition of besties. This cat's best friend is a bearded dragon, another friendship between pets! This Great Dane wanted to play with a frog he found in the pool, and it seemed that the frog was open to the idea.
Sometimes animals just cross each other's paths, and there's an instant connection. Check out this real-life Thumper and Bambi moment...the two might not have ended up as best friends, but there was definitely some kind of bond, if only for a moment. In a similar video, a dog on a hike with his human immediately bonded with a deer along the trail and shared a touching moment. And watch as this giraffe at a safari park in Louisianna was curious when a deer ran up to greet him.
Maybe it's the deer who are always the curious ones! Just watch as this woman finds her husband bonding with a deer in their backyard in the most adorable way possible! We have deer that roam through our yard and I'm hoping our puppy gets a chance to interact with them when she sees them, although I'm guessing what's going to happen is that she just scares them away.
UntamedAnimals.com explained that there are some animals that actually form lifelong friendships, can you guess what they are? Dolphins, horses, elephants, bats, chimpanzees, and cows all top the list. Surprisingly, dogs didn't make the list, which would've been my first guess since they're considered man's best friend.
