Rochelle Humes says 'it's now acceptable' to celebrate Christmas twice per year

BBC One gameshow The Hit List resumed on Saturday evening, with co-host Rochelle Humes being convinced that she can celebrate Christmas more than once per year.
It all stemmed from contestant Sharon's admission of cooking a Christmas dinner in both July and December, because she and her family love the festivities so much.
A lightbulb seemingly switched on in Rochelle's head as she turned to husband Marvin Humes like this was exactly what she needed to hear.
What, how and why?
Speaking to mother and daughter duo Phoebe and Sharon ahead of the game commencing, Marvin pointed out: "You're hoping that a particular genre of music might come up tonight..."
"Yes, definitely. Christmas songs," replied the latter. "We're such big fans in our house we have it twice."
"What!" said a shocked Rochelle. "I do Christmas in July, usually around 25th of July. We have crackers and I get a turkey; pigs in blankets, all the trimmings. I do a Christmas dinner," smiled Sharon.
Marvin went on to quip to his wife: "You're gonna start doing this!" as she announced, "This is amazing, well I feel like it's now acceptable..."
Apparently though, Sharon draws the line at putting the Christmas tree and decorations up in the house in summer.

Meanwhile, fellow player Zain revealed to Marvin that his son Zack thinks they're doppelgängers.
"D'ya know what, there's a resemblance," noted Rochelle, with Marvin ticking off "bald, brown and a beard" as their similarities.
"You're more handsome, not even a competition!" added Zain.
The Hit List airs Saturdays on BBC One.
