Strictly Come Dancing contestant Pete Wicks is planning on channelling Shakira for Movies Week, in a bid to control his hips.

The TOWIE star will be dancing the Samba to the George of the Jungle theme tune, and confessed on Strictly: It Takes Two that he is struggling with his hip control for the dance. So he is planning to listen to Shakira's hit Hips Don't Lie in a bid to tame his wild hips. Wicks and dance partner Jowita Przystał also teased that he will be wearing a skimpy costume to play the comedy action jungle hero, and joked about his biggest injury concern being rope burn.

Wicks appeared on the BBC Two Strictly spin-off show on Tuesday evening in the run-up to Movies Week, where host Fleur East about his hip movements.

The reality star said: "Notoriously my hips do what they want and my hips definitely lie, my hips have been lying to me for years and they don't do anything that I want them to do whatsoever."

Przystał agreed: "They are a bit wild, we need to contain them. So tomorrow we listen to just Shakira."

Asked what Wicks was wearing to be George of the Jungle, Przystał teased: "Not much!" Wicks added: "I haven't been told what I'm wearing yet, but I am dreading the conversation. Props-wise the first week I came down from the ceiling. I think that wasn't too... I feel like we could have done it better. So I'm bringing the rope and we're going to swing on the rope. I feel quite secure on the floor, but flying through the air! Hopefully I'll land in the position I'm supposed to, because you don't want you don't want rope burn and I don't want to land on one of the front rows laps, either."

Toyah Willcox and partner Neil Jones appeared on the show to discuss what it was like to be in the first bottom two of the series. Singer Willcox narrowly avoided being the first contestant to be sent him when the judges chose to save her over Olympic swimmer Tom Dean.

Asked how it felt to be in the bottom two the Thunder In The Mountains singer said: "Really frightening, heart-breaking, disappointing, shocking." She went on: "As a singer when we have to perform in whatever environment we're in, we perform. And when we went into this kind of dance off, something went off on me like, 'Hell!' And I just thought, 'No one is going to do this to me. I'm going to survive this.'

"I went somewhere else, and it was powerful, and I think we did well. We made it through, so we definitely did."

The pair also revealed they will be dancing to Poor Unfortunate Souls from The Little Mermaid in Movies Week. Willcox will be the villainous sea witch Ursula and Neil Jones will be her sidekick - Neil the Eel.
